These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern access to and use of the website assetrixa.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by Assetrixa S.A., CUIT 30-71845623-4, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Of. 801, C1043AAN, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, we ask that you do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of the service
Assetrixa operates as a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with property development projects in Argentina. The Site provides general information about our services, available projects, and contact methods. Assetrixa does not guarantee specific returns. Investments in crowdlending involve risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital.
3. Eligibility
To use the investment services offered through the platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract in Argentina, have a valid CUIT or CUIL, and comply with identification and verification requirements established by anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations (Law No. 25,246 and amendments).
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, design, and software, is the property of Assetrixa S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law No. 11,723) and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of these contents without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, transmit material containing viruses or malicious code, impersonate another person or entity, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the National Commercial Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may apply.
9. Modifications
Assetrixa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site. The date of last update will be indicated at the beginning of the document.
